1. Why did I lose some of my DIAMONDS?

DIAMONDS have rolling expiration dates of 14 days. To avoid losing DIAMONDS, you can 1) use them regularly to bid for gaming prizes from our Auction Lounge or 2) generate at 1 DIAMOND every 14 days as it only requires 1 DIAMOND to be earned to extend the expiration of all remaining DIAMONDS in your account for another 14 days.

2. Why are some of my friends and family receiving more DIAMONDS than me?

The amount of DIAMONDS you receive is dependent on the duration of VOLT generation. The longer the period of VOLT generation, the more Diamonds you receive, the higher your SILVERVOLT tier. Please note that SILVERVOLT tiers are reset at the end of each auction.
