1. Why am I unable to see my VOLTS rewards and badge after referring SILVERVOLT to my friends and family?
Please allow several minutes for your referral rewards and badge to be reflected in your account. If you still do not see your rewards, please raise a support ticket at https://support.silvervolt.app/.
2. Why am I receiving diminishing referral rewards?
Your 3% VOLT reward earnings from your referred friends and family would still require them to be actively generating VOLTS. Please encourage them to continue to generate VOLTS!
