1. Why am I not able to register for an account in SILVERVOLT?

There are several key requirements that must be fulfilled before you can register and use SILVERVOLT.

  • You must submit your identification documents in a process known as Know Your Customer (KYC). This is a mandatory step to comply with existing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Please refer to Registration for more information.

  • You must be above 18 years of age to be eligible to register for a SILVERVOLT account.

2. Why am I unable to change my name?

All accounts are permanently assigned with a random name upon registration to maintain anonymity for the safety of our community.

3. Why am I unable to change my login details?

You will be required to verify your identity by approving our verification email that has been sent to your registered email account. Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see our email. If the problem persists, please raise a support ticket at https://support.silvervolt.app/.

4. Why am I not able to download or access SILVERVOLT?

Please ensure that you are downloading the correct version for your country as the full version of SILVERVOLT is not available for countries in Non-Gambling Territories such as the United States, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaรงao, France, The Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St. Maarten and Singapore.

All users in Non-Gambling Territories will only be able to download a lesser version of SILVERVOLT which excludes the Wager Den and Lottery Palace.

6. I do not understand crypto nor want to use it, how can I benefit from using SILVERVOLT?

SILVERVOLT is built with a range of activities and rewards for everyone. If you are not a crypto user, you can still earn, for free, gaming assets or items from conventional games such as Dota 2, Mobile Legends and PUBG.
