2. How do I use SILVERVOLT?

Simply download and run the app, while charging your mobile phone or keeping your desktop plugged in.

It is important to maintain a constant supply of power to your mobile phone by charging so that it does not deplete your phone battery.

4. What are the supported devices for SILVERVOLT?

SILVERVOLT is currently supported on:

  • Android smartphones or tablets (Android 10 and above)

    • eg. Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Motorola, Lenovo, etc.

  • Personal Computers

    • OS: Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit type) and ChromeOS (ChromeBooks)

      • Future support has been planned for MacOS & Linux clients.

    • A minimum of 8GB or greater is recommended.

Note

While SILVERVOLT may still function using earlier Android versions, we highly recommend Android 10 and above for a safer and smoother user experience.

Yes, all account information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your devices.

However, if you have opted to store your information on your mobile device, please be informed that anyone who has access to your device can access your SILVERVOLT account.

7. What are the differences between the mobile and desktop SILVERVOLT app?

Using a desktop gives you more CPU processing power than a mobile phone, which in turn generates more VOLTS.

On the other hand, a mobile phone or tablet can still generate VOLTS when it is charged with a powerbank, so you can continue to generate VOLTS while you are traveling.

8. What should I do if I cannot access my SILVERVOLT app?

Firstly, start by checking for the latest app updates, or clearing the cache for SILVERVOLT if you are unable to access it. If this problem persists, please raise a support ticket at https://support.silvervolt.app/.
